Hari ini cuba balik!
Alhamdulillah!
10km run dah habis. 
Makan ok lagi. 
Tengah hari ni nak start kerja! 

Jangan mengalah! Cuba dan cuba!


Next, since smalam tak diet. Kita makanlah! So bini aku bawak p minum jus buah. So next time, memana kawan aku mai Melaka, boleh lepak chill sini. Amazingly murah dan sedap!!!

Last skali, korang semua mesti ada impian nak travel, beli barang mahal macam coach ke prada ke lv ke? 

Akupun sama! So next year hajat hati nak bawak dia dan baby backpack dari KL ke London. Tapi akan aku pecahkan ke beberapa bahagian. Maklumlah aku bukan kaya. Maka dengan ini aku nak suggest kat korang dan kepada aku sendiri, 52-weeks Money Challenge. 

Nak tahu detail, sila google! 
Tapi sebab dia trend skang ni. Better korang buat. Aku mampu share printscreen. Dan aku sendiri memanf simpan dalam bentuk gold. 1g sebulan. 


Yang mana korang rasa sesuai dan mampu buat ye!

  1. Menariknya tips ini Cikgu! Saya backpackers tegar juga. Simpan dalam bentuk RM memang tak menjadi, sekarang simpan dalam bentuk gold juga :)

    1. Hi Nusaibah, iye betul kalau simpan dalam bentuk duit actually agak merugikan especially bila nilai duit makin jatuh. RM1.50 boleh dapat air milo dua tahun lepas, tahun ni, banyak kedai dah charge rm2,00 untuk air milo yang sama! Bagi saya, simpan 1gram sebulan sudah memadai. Travel ke mana nanti?

Life after Kinabalu: Meniscus Tear

Assalamualaikum ... I was hiking Mount Kinabalu on end of January 2018. I planned after successful hike the highest mountain in Malaysia I want to start running and hiking again. I did Full Marathons (FM) two times in 2016 and 2017 and planning to do ultra. Four days after, I felt so bad on my right knee. I went to GP and the doctor gave me few medicine for pain relieve and asked me to come back if there's nothing change in the next five days. On the weekend, I went to Cherating Beach with my lovely family and my right knee getting worse! I went see another GP and he told me this is normal and asked me to go for Physio for sort of massage. I get one freelance Physio to come over to my house and she started her procedure. She asked me to see Ortho specialist. Marine Engineering Bridging Program

Assalamualaikum ... DONE! It would be the best word to describe when I'm done my 2-year training ... 2 years isn't easy path for me to walk through ... Last week, I get back home after a few weeks struggle for my exams ... Theory exam (Oral Exam) at MARDEP Port Kelang ... MSCR exam (Marine Survical Craft & Rescue) at ALAM Melaka ... and a few courses before and after the exams ... Alhamdulillah ... I passed all the exams ... Now, it is the time for me to apply for my CoC (Certificate of Competency) ... 2 years back ... I remembered when one of the staff from my company said ... 'Your Degree is Useless ... You can burn it!' Phewwww! Just put yourself in my shoes ... :p When I was onboard ship ... Some peoples discriminate me and my buddy ... Just because we have a piece of paper ...
