Well, when I saw this tree and its beatiful flowers ...
I wonder If I were abroad ...

    its spring ...
    i love the scenary and i love the smell of it ...
    i remembered when i went to seoul last 3 years ...
    i thought that end of may is still spring ... its end of it da ...
    cant see flowers ... only roses jek ...

Assalamualaikum, My last post was on 2015, it was 3 years back. Wow! A lot of things happen since my last post. 2015 1. I got retrench from my previous company 2. I had my first son; Averroes Uzma and he is now 3 years old. 3. I am jobless until March 2016 2016 1. I work in Gebeng Kuantan as a Mechanical Engineer 2. Gaining weight! 3. I did my second Marathon 42km! 2018 1. I started my new job as Senior Reliability Engineer 2. I hike the highest mountain in Malaysia: Mount Kinabalu! I wish that I may try to post as much as possible for the year 2018.

Life after Kinabalu: Meniscus Tear

Assalamualaikum ... I was hiking Mount Kinabalu on end of January 2018. I planned after successful hike the highest mountain in Malaysia I want to start running and hiking again. I did Full Marathons (FM) two times in 2016 and 2017 and planning to do ultra. Four days after, I felt so bad on my right knee. I went to GP and the doctor gave me few medicine for pain relieve and asked me to come back if there's nothing change in the next five days. On the weekend, I went to Cherating Beach with my lovely family and my right knee getting worse! I went see another GP and he told me this is normal and asked me to go for Physio for sort of massage. I get one freelance Physio to come over to my house and she started her procedure. She asked me to see Ortho specialist. I went to Columbia Asia Klang and these are the findings: I had four injuries where the major is Meniscus Tear. The doctor suggest me to do a surgery if time permitted. Diet Hancur, Jus Buah Terbaik dan 52 weeks Money Challenge!

Assalamualaikum ... Diet, hancur!!! Hanya sebab bini aku buat puding telur kukus! Sedap pulak!!  Hari ini cuba balik! Alhamdulillah! 10km run dah habis.  Makan ok lagi.  Tengah hari ni nak start kerja!  Jangan mengalah! Cuba dan cuba! Next, since smalam tak diet. Kita makanlah! So bini aku bawak p minum jus buah. So next time, memana kawan aku mai Melaka, boleh lepak chill sini. Amazingly murah dan sedap!!! Kedai: Restoran D' Puteh Tempat: Bukit Beruang, Melaka  Last skali, korang semua mesti ada impian nak travel, beli barang mahal macam coach ke prada ke lv ke?  Akupun sama! So next year hajat hati nak bawak dia dan baby backpack dari KL ke London. Tapi akan aku pecahkan ke beberapa bahagian. Maklumlah aku bukan kaya. Maka dengan ini aku nak suggest kat korang dan kepada aku sendiri, 52-weeks Money Challenge.  Nak tahu detail, sila google!  Tapi sebab dia trend skang ni. Better korang buat....
